By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

1. SPONSOR

The “Year of Free [Product] Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Haven Skin LLC, 7901 4th St. N, St. Petersburg, FL, US, 33702 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

If a selected potential winner is under the age of eighteen (18) (a “Minor”), the prize will only be awarded in the name of such Minor’s parent or legal guardian, and that parent/legal guardian will be required to execute all documents on the Minor’s behalf, as described in Section 7.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 7, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

(A) Online Entry (Email Opt-In Method):

During the Entry Period, go to https://shophavenskin.com/pages/moisturizer-giveaway and submit a valid email address in the entry form. By submitting the form, you (i) agree to receive marketing emails, promotional messages, and other commercial communications from Sponsor, and (ii) receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time after entry; unsubscribing will not affect your eligibility or chances of winning once you have entered.

You must confirm that you are at least thirteen (13) years old to submit the form.

(B) Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry / “AMOE”):

To enter without submitting an email address through the online form or agreeing to receive marketing emails, hand-print your full name, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), state of residence, and a valid email address or phone number where you can be contacted if you are selected as a potential winner on a plain 3" x 5" card. Place the card in a stamped #10 envelope and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 and received by Friday, November 7th, 2025 to be eligible. Each properly completed and received mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) total entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple names, identities, email addresses, or any other methods may void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Automated, bulk, or mechanically reproduced submissions are not permitted and will be disqualified.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period via both methods of entry.

6. PRIZE

Grand Prize (1 winner):

One (1) winner will receive a one-year supply of Haven daily moisturizer consisting of twelve (12) bottles total. The product will be fulfilled in four (4) shipments of three (3) bottles approximately every three (3) months, totaling twelve (12) bottles over twelve (12) months (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $288 USD.

No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the Prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable, as determined by Sponsor.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about November 7th, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email (or by phone if provided via AMOE) at the contact information supplied at entry. The potential winner (or the potential winner’s parent/legal guardian if the potential winner is a Minor) may be required to complete, sign, and return within 48 hours of notification:

• an Affidavit (or Declaration) of Eligibility,
• a Liability Release, and
• where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Winner Documents”).

If the potential winner (or their parent/legal guardian, if applicable) does not respond within the stated time, fails to sign and return the Winner Documents within the stated time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, blocked, or undeliverable notifications.

8. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner (or the winner’s parent/legal guardian if the winner is a Minor). Sponsor may require completion of any required tax forms consistent with applicable law.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize the winner (or the winner’s parent/legal guardian if the winner is a Minor) grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state of residence, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes and/or Sponsor for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation or notice.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or for any other reason as determined by Sponsor.

Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, operating in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a Minor) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, including, without limitation:

• (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;
• (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines;
• (c) printing, typographical, or other errors in Sweepstakes materials;
• (d) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; or
• (e) any injury or damage to persons or property.

Released Parties are not responsible for: late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, misdirected, inaccurate, garbled, or undeliverable entries or communications; or any damage to any person’s computer or device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

12. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a Minor) agree that:

1. all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Florida;
2. all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
3. under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. PRIVACY

Information submitted by entrants will be collected by Sponsor and used consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://shophavenskin.com/policies/privacy-policy . By entering via the online entry method, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time after entry. Unsubscribing will not affect your entry’s eligibility.

For AMOE entries, contact information provided on the mail-in card will only be used to administer this Sweepstakes (including to notify you if you are a potential winner), unless you separately opt into marketing.
